Adventure Rewards Details
Guests will receive a 50% Recreation Rebate on any recreation activities including SHARC, Pickleball, Tennis, Golf, Mt. Bachelor Lift Tickets, Wanderlust Tours, Marina Rentals, High Desert Museum, Nature Center/Observatory, etc.
Total rebate not to exceed maximum amounts, which vary based on home size and length of stay:
1–4 Bedroom Homes
- 1–6 nights: up to $250 (summer) / $100 (rest of year)
- 7+ nights: up to $500 (summer) / $200 (rest of year)
5+ Bedroom Homes
- 1–6 nights: up to $250 (summer) / $100 (rest of year)
- 7+ nights: up to $500 (summer) / $200 (rest of year)
Receipts must be presented to Bennington Properties for your rebate within 7 days of departure. Refunds are only available for paying guests of Bennington Properties (does not include owners or owner guests). Refunds will only be reimbursed to the credit card on file within your Bennington Properties reservation. Bennington reserves the right to add, remove, or modify items on this promotion without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.

What to know about checking-in and out?
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. During non-peak seasons, we’re often able to offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on our cleaning schedule—just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
